Experimentation with guided meditations and mindfulness exercises to bring awareness to personal habits and develop a deep understanding of one’s behavioral patterns. Energetic activation for self-healing: during the course, students receive an activation to use daily to promote self-healing, cultivating spiritual and personal well-being independently.
