SUMMARY:Astral Travel: Out of Body Experiences
DESCRIPTION:This course teaches the method and techniques for traveling in the astral plane and exploring different dimensions\, with full awareness and in complete safety. Astral travel is a dormant ability within each of us\, and it can be awakened and developed. Doing so will expand the perception of reality and broaden the boundaries of one’s being. Through astral travel\, it is possible to connect with one’s true essence\, experience the world from a wider variety of perspectives\, and truly understand what it means to “leave the body”. \nYOU WILL:\n– Learn relaxation techniques for the physical body to allow the astral self to exit and move freely\, in complete safety.\n– Acquire the Damanhurian method through exercises and practices designed for out-of-body experiences over time.\n– The course also builds awareness of how reality extends beyond the physical senses. \n\nWhere: Damjl\, Via Pramarzo 3\, Baldissero Canavese (TO) (the venue may change depending on the group)\nLanguage: English and Italian\nPre-requisite: A complete visit to Damanhur and the Temples of Humankind (minimum half-day) is required for this course.\nRegistration: purchase the course here or write to info@damanhur.academy
